It is from an ingame cinematic. It's the cinematic that features Anduin, Genn and Jaina on a ship - it was 'leaked' quite few months ago, and parts of it was featured in a teaser trailer as well.

Don't let yourself be satisfied with what you expect and what you seem as obvious. Ask for something good, surprising and better. Your own standards ends up being other peoples standard.

Of course! The thumbnail for this trailer has Anduin, Genn and Jaina all on the boat together. That cinematic is likely where that shot of Jaina comes from, as you can see all the masts and netting from the ship in the background.
