The shitty thing about the brawl putting a black eye on this night is that the whole card was fucking phenominal ...up until this moment (Khabib/Conor fight was entertaining as well).

And the WORST thing about that brawl wasn't Khabib jumping into the crowd (granted, that was bad), but that his piece of shit cornerman started teeing off on Conor while he was just standing there defenseless. Hope the Athletic Commission bans his ass for life and sets forth legal ramification on his guy and the rest of his team. Just a disgusting moment that ruined the rest of the night. Fuck man...

I found the encore event after the fight entertaining. I didn't expect it but there was more bad blood than Khabib revealed in his interviews, he took that coach attack very personal and intended to send McGregor and his camp a strong message, but only after the fight was settled. I don't think he should be DQ, I actually think the coach attack that instigated it was worse or just as bad.

Have we had confirmation Khabib threw the first punch? Like you say, if Conor and Lesnar have done and got away with this shit before, then why not Khabib? The blame then lies with the guy who threw the first punch.

Conveniently forgetting that what Conor did in the bus incident was a reaction to Kabib and his crew going after a friend of Conor, who was alone at the time.


Conor also didn't get away with that. Pretty sure he was arrested, sued, and had to pay damages. It also wasn't live on tv and in a stadium full of people.

the difference though, is what happened tonight, people in the crowd who have been drinking will start stuff outside of the arena because of this.
