Bullshit. People have to take care of themselves, right? That's what you muricans always preach. They absolutely can say no to buying garbage from other countries to try and recycle it. Now, if "the filthy europeans" literally DUMP their waste in africa, then by all means raise hell and fight it. But when they accept money for that shit? It's entirely on themselves.

And yes, europe does have the tech to handle it ourselves. It's cheaper to sell it forward for someone else to handle. And your sweet old murica does exactly the same.
