That's exactly how it works in most competitive university classes. You are given tests containing impossible load of work and everyone is scored based on how the best people did. The honor system is even easier on you in a sense, because it doesn't matter if you are 2nd by 1 honor or by 300k.

Timegating is bad (Retail) unregulated 24/7 progression is good (Classic). Thats what people wanted I hope they enjoy it just as much as the people who are able to play 24/7.

Its funny how after many years and complaints a ton of systems were changed by blizzard "for the health of the game and players", i.e. original honor system scrapped, master looter removed, etc. yet the systems are allowed in classic? So its ok to no life whatever in classic, but god forbid I do a few hundred maw of souls runs or have a proper loot system
