Did they ever have an explanation for why there is a fourth fire based allied race DK sword? Burning Greatsword of the Ebon Blade. I remember there were a couple of presumed fake images of Dragonknight versions of DK's. I'm not saying this is a real thing but I do find it odd that the sword is in the game.

I haven't been keeping up with that stuff but I don't remember any mention of it during the very short allied race DK intro. Anyone know why the fire sword exists? Just a transmog or leftover sword from an abandoned idea during development?

It's because Bolvar has a fire theme going on. I imagine we'll get more lore about how Bolvar settles in with the Ebon Blade during the expansion pre-event and during Shadowlands proper, now that the Helm of Domination is destroyed and thus the Scourge is more or less defunct once we deal with the third Scourge Invasion event.

The only thing I think could be "revealed" besides a gameplay date and World Quests 2.0 (whatever it may be) is MAYBE a PVE faction crossplay mode for raiding and dungeons.

Maybe a talent row for covenant abilities. Maybe.

the original posters idea was way over the top. the second half of your reply is also pretty far fetched. they dont want the factions to play together, and they arent going to disconnect the covenant abilities from the covenants and let you mix and match. at best they will let us change covenants whenever we want, and then the people will realize you lose access to your old covenants mounts/pets/transmog and will start complaining about that.

This was leaked along side the Lich king photo that everyone thought was leaked and it had the same exact logo.

I know the dark ranger topic is dead by now but what iffffff that was the June reveal ? Would you guys like it or do many still not want an extra class/spec?

They do not leave hero classes unannounced, that's for sure. Simply blizzard wants DH to continue reigning, because it has brought many subscriptions, in fact it is the perfect class for main, because q 1 button. when suscriptions down again,sure we will see dark rangers,the second more loved class....or may ve warden or blademaster,the more loved classes for bring suscriptions,ALL is thought about.
