He was reported over a year ago. A couple of months ago the police dropped the case, prob not enough evidence or a pretty bad job of them. But so many different screenshots of so many different people saying all the same about him. It makes it very likely that he actually did those things.

Well, it does not make it likely, because opinions are not facts. The court of the social media is ruthless and care little about "proof", and instead rules in opiniated likelyhood.

If the police have dropped the case, then he deserves the benifit of the doubt. Being wierd, creepy or awkward, is and should not be illigal. Not everybody knows how to interact with people, and especially work within the realm of being "joky" or sarcastic.
