wouldn't a multi-coloured kind of council be more effective in terms of points of views/inclusion/etc instead of a single person who might be biased?

I re-read it, and it's just more racism. So yeah, skip!

Wow, you have not traveled around the world at all.

Why does this job position even exist?
If you were to ask me if I would rather have this job closed and hire 3 junior software engineers. Thats prob the pay equivalent of this position.

There's nothing to admit to. Your initial comment was objectively ignorant.

I never once said that other countries don't have racism. I'm saying the USA, where I live, is really fucking bad.

    K. Won't try to explain how it wasn't, don't wanna get replies for days and go around in loops.

I would say it's more willfull ignorance for most people I know... they just choose not to try and understand. The problem also goes both ways, so someone of color may have the same issues understanding white people ect. They need some sort of board or something that has people from different backgrounds for this to be effective.

Sad thing is, the way things are, it's cheaper to do this than the alternative.

What a complete waste of money for a fictitious position.

As long as they don't veto qualified candidates in favor of whatever box needs to be checked that week I guess this is fine.

I think bigotry existed well before the United States and will exist well after while also not being exclusive whatsoever.

LOL visit a prison if you want to know what real society is. Bigotry is a first world problem, find something real to talk about.

Ah, good ole racism and sexism specialists, what a lovely time to be alive. Can't believe I'm living in an era of such regression, where racial and sex-based prejudice were nearly wiped out, only for it to return in full force to the sound of cheers and applause. People pretend like this is somehow some great service of equity and equality of racial-sexual justice, when all it does is put white men on a pedestal and infer them as some powerful force that needs to be overcome, implying anyone who isn't a white man is some how handicapped and needs artificial enhanced assistance and rulings to be able to be considered valid and equal when in the work space.

If you hire people based upon race/sex when it isn't inherently connected to those things visually, you are a racist/sexist.

But a person of colour has no trouble understanding those same nuances and experiences of white people? Huh?

I don't know what planet you've been living on but racial and sex-based prejudice is not "nearly wiped out". And since a lot of companies will throw away applications if the name is female or not white sounding, yes. Many companies are racist/sexist. But hey. It's always great when people post things like yours that outs them as a bigot.

in short: since noone anyway wanna do this job and keep far far away from that job and Blizz in general, and Blizz is in urgent of finding some, she could ask for whatever price she wants. so i strongly assume she will be horrible overpaid, do that job for a year, until MS is in control and jumps right away off the boat, with some millions more, a year from now. IF she could manage to hold it that long.

in before news: „Kristen Hines leaves Blizzard“. you can quote this then, or order 100 pizzas at my costs, if its 2024 or later, before we read that news line. so feel free to save a link to that post for later use.
