My right knee has been hurting soooo much the past three days or so
I need it to start feeling better so I can work on my cardio for Tough Mudder and some of the serious hikes I'm going to do this year.

Will take donations of healthy knees with cartilage still intact.

Could be imbalance? Too strong quads and weak hammies?

My first guess was stairs. We moved into our house and I've been going up and down stairs like crazy. Also, someone changed the seat position in my company rig and that has affected my knee before.

I'm too old for anything healthy to donate. I'm at the "feeling creaks when I stand up" level.

You can have my left knee. My right one is fucked up and I don't feel like going to the doctor to see whats up because if I don't go it can't be serious right...right?

Why must it always be everyone's right knee? That's the one I need to steal lol.
Unless it was a significant injury, it probably isn't too serious. Something that some physical therapy and strength training would help make better.

My knees were in a lot of pain a few years back because I was so hard on them in sports and lifting. Started working out again 7 years ago and the strength training helped reduce pain. Didn't eliminate the pain, but reduced it to the point where I have pain on rare occasion. Cold weather still sucks though

Heavy progressive lifting targeting the full range of muscles (squats, for example), can usually make a big difference with knee issues.

    I love those squats.

House inspection went well. Only 3 red flags, all small stuff - we’ve got a leaky pipe in one area and we need to fix some soil erosion around a walkway but we’re in good shape to close on the house in July! Helps that it’s only 7 years old.
