What is the fastest way to earn gold without a profession?

I never played classic and got a DK.
He is poor and doesn't even have gold to buy class train.

I need 7000 gold for epic flying, WotLK flying and dual spec.
I don't want to level a profession. (I could end up lose gold)

14 years ago, I had jewelcraft.
I got 300 gold every day from selling Dragon's Eye.
I don't know if this method will work.

Gathering professions will never make you lose gold. You will have competition though and if you don't have Northend flying right away, you'll probably don't see many notes.

As a DK you can grind certain dungeons for raw gold and mats. There are plenty of vids on YT for that kind of stuff.

Poor people have no option but to farm. Either instances or gathering professions.

Also, leveling isn't bad. I've leveled 3 characters in the past week from 60 to 68 in Outland, and it's been 1000g per character. People who don't know how to make gold, would make less than 1k.

Doing that one thing that is not prohibited to speak about on these forums. But it rhymes with "zying zold" if you catch my sniff.

Making gold in this game outside of grinding professions or AH flipping (or doing carries) seems basically impossible unfortunately. IDK why we can't make gold running M+ and shit like that.

    Step 1) pick up Mining
    Step 2) pick up Skinning
Step 3) Level. Skin every thing you come across and mine everything you can.
Step 4) Sell it all on the AH
Step 5) If max level, do SSO dailies

How many hours does it take to level mining 1 to 300?

Long time ago, I leveled many characters to max profession.
Don't feel like doing it again.

I just leveled mining from 1-300 on my DK alt. Probably 3 hours. But I also bought ore to smelt to make it go faster.

Jewelcrafting and blacksmithing were super profitable during WoLK. I'd try it again and see what happens. Mining, herbs and skinning are also good alternatives.

If you're truly burnt out of professions then maybe try tanking dungeons for gold.

Head to Goldshire and inquire at the Inn; alliance or horde, doesn't matter.

    It works 14 years ago.
It doesn't mean work this time.

    I will get the mining.
The stamina bonus is good for tank.

Well, I think people will still be socketing gems in their gear...and I suspect even more people will be rolling a plate wearing class in order to obtain Shadowmourne. I'd be surprised if there are major changes in regard to this.

Mining is a good choice. Good luck

Mining and Engineering. Extract motes with Engineering, and collect ores.

    Alternatively:

Step 1) get decked in BIS
    Step 2) Carry GDKPs
Step 3) Collect your cut at the end

Can try tailoring/enchanting...you can sell or disenchant the cloth items, tailoring offers a cloak bonus that is pretty good for tanks iirc. Can get mats from running dungeons.

Kill 3000 mobs in outland and you will have 7k gold.

Dailies and regular quests. Given the xp buff and the reduction in xp required, you probably have over half of the Outland quests available, each getting you 5-10 raw gold + whatever drops you get from kills.

Good luck leveling crafting professions like JC without gold and without mining.
