With everything else going on, this seems to have largely been ignored, but there is growing unrest and protests going on in Iran.
The cause was the death of a 22 year old Kurdish-Iranian woman 5 days ago after being assaulted by 'morality police' in custody for not wearing her hijab properly. Since then there have been 5 days of growing protests, with women burning their hijabs in protest as well as the occupation of government buildings and the tearing down of pictures of the supreme ruler. There are also videos of protesters catching members of the morality police and other government thugs and basically kicking the shit out of them.
The government, of course, is blaming foreign actors for stirring up the trouble.
There are clashes between protestors and government thugs in places - like this video.
