So I go afk to put switch my laundry from washer to dryer and let me just say, my computer has been fine for hours prior to this 2 minute AFK, right? No problems, nothing. I come back downstairs, and holy wtf, monitor is black and some fans in my case are ripping through the space time continuum. Sure enough it was my GPU fans going wild, and I had to do a full power down and back up, after I tried just the restart button on my case and it started resetting and I got 4 beeps from the motherboard, with the first being barely longer than the final 3. I didn't get much of anything out of event viewer, but I juts feel Asera was probably right, it's time to replace the power supply. My 5 year warranty Corsair TX650watt V1 from 2010 perhaps just no longer wants to keep going. Note: computer IS running just fine right now and I'm playing Rift no problems...
SeaSonic X650 or 750 is what I think I'll be upgrading too... Just displeased I'm more or less being forced into this.
