    Swtor wont accept my credit card.

    Anybody else having this problem along with the other thousands of problems going on? I get this error message:

    We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one.


    I have honestly had it with this bullshit. Waiting in queues all day just to access things like the forums or my account page so I can set a subscription, and then that doesnt even work because it wont accept my card that has been accepted by every other gaming company.

    Yes I'm glad I'm not the only one, I thought my credit card was just bad. Are you by chance a red zoner? I was thinking that might be the problem, as my credit card is from a "red zone" country... but I don't know.

    So I tried to buy a gamecard from www.hotcdkey.com, but they haven't sent it yet... I'm not even sure if the transaction went through... *sigh* Anyone know where else I can get a quick prepaid game card that they just email to you?

    but paypal is working.

    How long are you guys waiting on average? Went to the site initially after trying to launch the game because I didn't have a sub set up. In queue for 30 minutes, get to the sign in page, enter info, now back in queue for the site again

    I've been waiting over an hour just to redeem my purchased game code, I can't play, create account, set up subscriptions, nothing. There's nothing worse than shelling out $65 and being told you be able to use it when they feel like letting you.

    Almost 4 hours of waiting now.

    Best customer service i've ever seen. I phoned their CS line and got some person from hurkadurkastan, I couldn't understand a damn thing he was saying and he was absolutely useless. Spent 15 minutes waiting to be told "Please go to the website" THE WEBSITE IS DOWN "One moment please".

    Simple solution for the queues: take a step back, breathe, and deal with it during non-peak times. And yes, middle of the day during christmas vacation is a peak time.

    As far as the credit card, I can't say I had an issue. Used paypal, worked like a charm.

    Dunno what issues you got with paypal, but it can be set up to simply work with your checking/savings account.

    Its my fault? Because i went to the shop today to buy a game, and then cant even play it? Is your brain completely dead?

    I set up my wife's and daughter's subs with my debit card, which worked fine (they are playing now).

    Then the next day I tried to do the same thing for my account (since my disc arrived later than theirs)... and it gave me that message. So I used PayPal and it worked. No idea what was up; something their end methinks.
