I find it disgusting and stupid. There is no logic. You're drinking something that doesn't taste good, only to get drunk and perform stupid actions and say stupid things, sometimes you can't even remember what you did, and in the morning you get to deal with a headache. Someone is going to have to show me where the "fun" is in that.

My guess is that some people secretly want to lose all their inhibitions but are unable to bring themselves to do it without alcohol, either as a catalyst or an excuse. Some people may also just want to do it so they can forget their night, but I assume that's not the reason for anyone in this thread. Also, as someone with few nonsensical inhibitions, I find getting drunk to just be silly, but honestly, as long they aren't hurting other people should pretty much be free to do what they want so as long as whoever is getting drunk is doing it in a safe manner, more power to 'em.

Well I get just as much enjoyment out of playing Computer games, so I guess to each their own. I just like how less destructive to my body mine is.
