Sounds like another family coping out to the fact that their child was a bully. He had absolutely no right to torment someone else like that, and it caught up with him.

Proud of the kid for fighting back, and glad he was vindicated. If parents and schools want this type of thing to stop, they need to get off their asses and do something about it before it comes to this.

The main reason why this aint ok cause it will create other similar acts but with different background. Kids provoking other kids especially to be bullied than WHAM.
I know this wasnt the case, just pointing out why not punishing him aint ok.

im sorry, but bullies do not deserve human rights

If it was selfdefence, i see no harm in him getting away with it, but if it was because he had som darkintents towards him then it's wrong.

Honestly, if I killed someone in self-defense because I have no training in how to guarantee my safety without doing so, I wouldn't want to be charged with murder either. What the kid did may not be right, but I don't see any plausible reason to put him in jail as a murderer.
