Circle means circle, it's not Engrish. A "circle" is a doujin group that produces fan work. So you can have a circle that only produces manga. But in this case I suppose it does mean something similar to "band" or "artist".

Just search "SYNC.ART'S" on Youtube and you'll find their stuff. Most of it anyway, I haven't downloaded any of their work.

So I checked certain sites which shall not be named, and they seem to have nothing related to this Sync.Art. Does he sell his music anywhere, or post album downloads perhaps?
