Has to be warsong with AB close behind.
My netbook lags on everything else :'(
I personally love EotS the most because it brings flag carrying and base control into one BG. I particularly enjoy the 15-person size BGs as well. Over this span of expansion, I've typically grown disgusted with getting into an AV or Isle. I want to PvP - not race to the finish and hope your mates helped take nodes, re-cap, kill vehicles, etc. On that note - I personally loved Strand when it was first introduced... a vehicle with two people at your wing was a bit frustrating, but the change to slow vehicles or stopping them completely was quite lame imo.
AB, definitely AB. Nothing comes close in a 5 mile radius.
Must to Eots or WSG, or.. AB.
The new AV just shit, miss the old mass war.
Definetly WSG. Always loved that place, the map and flag capture idea.
AB is quite fun, always happy to see it. Still have a small place left for AV though, it's a husk of it's former self but I still like to do it.
I also agree with the WSG voters, very fun BG but I gound the rep on two chars in vanilla and I'm sick of looking at it...
Edit for:
I know this poll is young at this point but we can already see a trend, as to why Blizz never really adds new BGs. The originals and only EotS, as a "new" one, are the only ones getting love. Ultimately, I see AB destroying this.

1: WSG
2: AB
3: AV
All these are very enjoyable bgs, however this might change once MoP releases
everything but alterac& isle
these two maps dont offer enough personal challenge imho
AV
WSG
AB
Then nothing
Well, I guess Isle of Conq is okay
same as most others herem AB, WSG and EotS
It WOULD be WSG or TP (I love CTF in any game) but the idiotic tie breaking rule has infuriated me ever since it was introduced. I cannot believe they have left it in all this time without realizing how stupid it is, despite my numerous threads on the WoW forums. If the SuperBowl was tied 7-7, and they awarded the team that scored last an auto-win instead of playing out a sudden death, people would rage. A tie is a tie, and literally everyone in the world understands this except Blizzard employees and a few blind fanboys who have never played a true competitive game or sport. But anyway, since that rule detracts from them, I would have to say:
1. EotS (love the hybrid format; good looking map too)
2. AB
3. TP (only ahead of WSG cause it is newer; nice change of scenery after all these years)
4. WSG
5. BfG (10v10 with 3-node is just too small for an AB-style format; one team always steamrolls the other)
6. AV (sometimes easily the absolute best, but usually the most boring, almost like a PvE race; but at least there are no vehicles)
7. IoC
8. SotA

I love WsG, it's simple, but require brain. It's funny, but still you can get graveyard farmed.
Hail Thor-show thy might. Let thunder roar and lightning strike!
Hurl thy hammer into the fray. And let thine enemies know fear this day!
VICTORY, OR VALHALLA!!!
Arathi Basin, Warsong Gulch is not far back tho.

Twin Peaks
Battle of Gilneas
Alterac Valley
Horde usually wins those and lose everything else
EotS. Because I play an elemental shaman.
1 is wsg for me
2 twin peaks
3 av (tho i miss the old battles that went on and on)
4 ab (alliance tends to lose it so not really my favorite.
all the rest i pretty much hate especially strands cheez what an awfull bg. and suprise suprise the ones i like least i get the most.
My favorite BG used to be Alterac Valley, for a long time.
I loved the long battles of 40men vs other 40men, that used to last hours, if not entire days.
It was also my favorite because I was a noob back then, and being in a group of 40, it meant I was unlikely to be picked by the opposing force, and so I could nuke freely from afar.
Nothing were more epic than, than logging out for lunch, return to the game late afternoon, to resume the never-stopping battle through the night, with the same players.
And since we all knew each other, as the BG was server exclusive, there were a sense of true competition, and also a sense of honor, between the two factions.
There were familiar names in both teams.
Long are the days when I last saw Lokholar the Ice Lord, being summoned and assisting us steamrolling our way into the Alliance base.
Now with limited resources and tweaks in honor gains, it feels lacking.
AV turned into a PvE rush to the King.
I also love Warsong, but my favorite BG now is AB.
I like the strategy involved, the possibility of turning a result over, every goal is somewhat close to each others. To me, those 3 original BG's never get old.
