Help!! Launcher is broken

So when i load SWTOR the launcher comes up says The launcher is being updated then it closes it self and error message comes up saying only one application can be open at once BUT only one is open :/

Open the task manager and check the processes.

If it isn't listed there, try a full reboot.

Looks like you aren't the only one and they are working on fixing it. The third Dev post has some steps you can try.
