That's one way that it helps. For me, I also feel a deep sense of peace that washes away the stress and leaves me feeling happy and content. If I really do it right, the peace is a accompanied by an overwhelming sense of euphoria. It is the best feeling I've ever experienced, and I will often be exceedingly happy for days after a session that achieves that euphoric state.

Also that feel when you suddenly realize you've been listening to nothing but this on loop for the past two hours.

A lot of those are just base words, which are easily ponified by adding colors (Blue Heron, for instance), but yeah, some of them wouldn't really work for actual names.

Not that I care that they don't fit. If I wanna name my kid Burnout (or--goddamnit, brain--Mélange), damnit, I will. Or Event Horizon, because hah having a ridiculously ominous name.

This is assuming I eventually have kids, of course, which is a pretty shaky assumption to make in the first place. Once my kid grows enough of a brain (18-19ish), I'd let them change their name to whatever they want, though.
