There's a tactic, mostly used in 10m, where the entire guild gets knocked back to Africa and just heals up and does no boss dps in that phase, that's what Berlinia was referring to. If you blinked to your RoP on that tactic you'd die

We aren't here to think for you, research and read, if at 581 you don't know what spec you should be rolling, mage may not be for you.
