There's too many good videogame tracks to choose from. But if I had a theme song, it'd be a coin toss between:

Lucca's Theme from Chrono Trigger:



and Frog's Theme also from Chrono Trigger.



You can tell how much I love Chrono Trigger, that its entire soundtrack, even after 20 years of having played it, still resonates in my head whenever I do something I feel proud of.

When I graduated from high-school? Lucca's theme in my head. When I got my first paycheck? Frog's Theme. First time I got my heart broken? this song.

Well, this is hard to answer. What's a theme? For some reason there's a difference between a theme and a song in my head.
