If Ally of Argus and Child of Draenor both worked for Garona on Alliance/Horde, that would be great. I don't think Blizzard would do something like that and lean towards Child of Draenor though, lol.

You certainly play horde then. Because alliance have a quest in shadowmoon valley where she try to kill Khadgar.

The horde can say the same because she is half draenei too. They should update her model to reflect that she is not an orc...

According to WoWhead she gets deadly minions, massive strike, timed battle abilities+epic mount trait+starts with ilevel 630 gear

Lore-wise she looks like an orc, her appearance is in the comics even. The only thing Draenei about her appearance is glowing eyes and her feet look partly like hooves but they are covered up by shoes.
