It actually wasn't as bad as I expected, but yeah it wasn't nice. Think it helped I kept moving throughout the day at work.

Another day of records for me. 18.2mph avg over 35 miles. I even got a top-10 finish on one segment of my ride, and it’s not easy to get those in Chicago. I love my bike!

Yeah, that actually helps a lot with DOMS recovery, part of the reason why I do drop sets in my workouts and use the rowing machine for about 3 minutes at the end. Originally Posted by notJoyful
