Not quite sure what you mean. If a druid is healing a warlock the druids trinket will proc, nothing happens for the warlock. Warlock needs to use healthstone or potion to trigger trinket procs.

Not that any of it matters as pre-proccing trinkets has seemingly been nerfed.

to bad it have been fixed. would have been fun to test out diffrent things to push out the extra numbers. Never the less, we get ilvl upgrades next big patch. HFC is going to become a total face roll for the guilds having it on farm
