European conservatives generally tend to have common points. There really isn't as much ideological variation as you think there is.
I'm saying this as someone who is coming from a Hungarian/Greek family, was raised in the UK and is living in Spain, and have at various points lived for over 1 year periods in 3 other European countries.
European conservatives are typically similar. The two variations that appear is that some conservatives are straight up Eurosceptics, others are not and that some have ties to national religions, some don't, but regardless in all cases they tend to be sympathetic towards national sovereignty and tend to act as protectors or champions of national religious groups. They also UNIVERSALLY have nationalistic tendencies.
Believe me, there really isn't as much thematic variation as you want to believe there is.
