Which class next? [PVE Question]

I am currently mostly playing DPS. And have done since forever. Prior to Legion, I have been in a couple of high-end guilds. Though after WOD I stepped down from Hardcore raiding, and stepped up to the plate to just casual raid 2 days a week.

We don't really miss out on any kind of DPS, Healer nor Tank so this isn't something to take into account.
I'm currently a 855 ilv Enhancement Shaman having an alt Fire Mage at ilv848.

I don't know what would fit me more though, and I'm a bit sceptic about many classes.

Though now I am here to ask about why do YOU like your specific class?
I've got nearly everything lv100, so fire at me!

TL;DR: Tell me what's fun about your class, why should I choose it?
