Destro Single Target DPS / SimC Issue

Hey guys, new warlock alt here.
I just leveled my wl alt to 110 and I'm ilvl 839 as destro. The destro wl on simulationcraft (840 ilvl) sims at 273k dps, but when I'm simming my char myself I'm at ~180k dps.
I know my statprio isnt the best and my weapon is not leveled very far and is still missing the third slot, but ~100k difference besides I'm at the same ilvl seems a bit much.
Is it really just my weapon or am I missing something?

Here is a damagelog from my last normal EN raid where I was ilvl ~834 or something. Seems like I'm doing fairly well compared with others
at my ilvl, but I've no idea how the SimC WL has 100k DPS more. Can someone enlight me?

Well that 3rd relic slot is a lot more important than you realize, because that can add anywhere from 30-50 ilvls on your weapon alone. Not to mention do you have at least 2 gold traits? The screenshot doesn't tell anyone anything other than just your dps, not to mention why are you using Wreak Havoc on single target fights?

With 275k dps you should be in EN 7/7H and maybe EN 1/7M. Such dps (dragons put aside) is realisticly achievable in 850+ gear.

I dunno why you use F&B at all, it's probably viable at Ilgynioth only.
For Ursok, Elerethe and Nythendra you should be specced ST.

On Ursok dps should be higher than Elerethe and Nythendra (almost no movement on Ursok)
On Ilgynoth dps should be much higher as u can abuse Wreak havoc and F&B.
