Since you're sort of ignoring every single possible thing that can (and most likely will) off set the wage increase, I will give you what you want. Yes, having to raise your workers wages will take a chunk out of your pocket book until other things offset it. Now you can take that one small isolated nugget and bang pans together on how raising wages is bad.
