I originally posted this to the Switch thread, but figured it deserved it's own.
As of midnight EDT September 29th, 2017, the Nintendo Content Creators program had it's Terms of Service updated to this:
TL;DR: If your channel is wholly apart of the program, you cannot livestream on YouTube anymore.
You can livestream on other sources, or you can also remove yourself from the program and put up your videos one by one for validation so you can livestream and still get your paltry earnings from Nintendo.
From what I've been reading on NeoGAF, people are blaming this entirely on PewDiePie and his racism fiasco. It's timing is (not sure what word to use, perfect?) for it not to be. Conservative Japanese company, biggest name in YouTube/streaming uses a very controversial racist term on a stream. Bam, people affiliated with us can no longer stream.
Hopefully, we'll get official word from Nintendo Co., Ltd, Nintendo of America, or Nintendo of Europe soonish.
