I don't know about you but i've found healers leave their mounts blocking the entrance to the inn where i log in/out fairly often.

Yes a super rare, most likely once in a life time chance of happening, but having the Dr. already at the hospital and ready is better than him showing up off the street. Just my 2 cents. I don't see how that's being a fucking idiot. If I'd tell my boss that I'm late to work because someone blocked my drive they wouldn't believe me and think I'm making up excuses. Could have consequences for the person whose drive was blocked off.

You do realize in that stupid example you gave, the doctor would arrive at around the same time as the ambulance anyway?

And also, the doctor could be right there with the patient in the ambulance rendering more professional aid.
