Arathi Highlands' music always felt so appropriate. A song for a zone that has seen a lot of glory in the past, but is now a desolate place dominated by the ruins of a former kingdom.

This one is really great, I remember for some reason it played during the 7.0 pre-patch in the major cities even though its a cataclysm song. I spent a long time looking for it after that and found it 5 months later.

Nightsong is a classic.
WoD had a few good ones, such as Light in the Darkness, Freedom or the absolutely wasted sea music (like Ts Have It).
MoP had a great theme for the cinematic and the Brewmaster song.
