FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..
Did Alliance players even care about the Lightforged? They didn't do anything, have any story, and were just nameless faces so we had questgivers and the space ship didn't feel completely empty.
It's also a bit off that after the Horde characters assisted them in winning a war and defeating the strongest, most undefeatable enemy in the universe that they'd been fighting for thousands of years, that they wouldn't bat an eye joining what has to feel like a pretty damn petty faction conflict against them all of a sudden, and murdering them on sight.
Allying the Nightborn, Lightforged, and Highmountain to a faction is bad writing, imo. Especially when there were just loads of better options to go with.
In my head canon my character is above the petty squabbles oft the Horde and the Alliance. My Warlock would also have "needed" the help of them to finish his business on Argus one way or another.
I would never play Draenei or Alliance so it is just another quest for me to get mounts and gear.
You either fight some space goats who bumped into a few lightbulbs or you fight a literal giant who slices planets in half. Your choice
This is another silly thread. We all know if they would jon a faction Highmountain Tauren would always join the Tauren and Lightforged Draenei the Draenei CIA they are Draenei. We also expected nightborne elves to join the night elves too. And if we had known Void elves were a thing we would have expected them to go blood elf too.
It’s really obvious. Blizzard just took the night elf sub race to the horde and the blood elf one to the alliance. I say blood elf because the void elves come directly from the blood elf population not the high elf one. And only fools can’t see nightborne elves are night elves. Regardless of who you think they have more in common with I guess such people never knew about Highborne night elves or arcane empire of the night elves which is what the nightborne elves are.
Are people serious? Does NO ONE see this is a joke thread?
OP is making fun of this thread https://www.mmo-champion.com/threads...going-to-Horde
People discuss like it's a serious topic. Come on!

Pretty sure we could defeat legion w/o them , so NO FUCKING WAY.
THE HORDE WILL ENDURE
THE HORDE IS STRONG!
My rogue might have left a little suprise behind on their ship, as "anti alliancy looking, for the light yelling people" insurance. Like the one still installed in the lightwell.
But my other characters were all like "you killed Tirion you demon bastards!". No time to consider nonsense like: Will the people also killing demons around me at some point fight me for the planet, that might or might not exist anymore in a bit".
And its not like my characters dont know that there is an old god infesting the titan soul and that whatever time we have to brawl with the alliance, will be cut short before anything decisive happens anyway. And then its "Muharahar, I have played ALL of you! Now I will destroy the world!" band together time again. My characters arent stupid enough to not pick up on those patterns. Except for my warrior of course. But he is just following quest texts.
"And all those exclamation marks, you notice? Five?
A sure sign of someone who wears his underpants on his head."
It wasn't for them, it was to rid the world of the Legion. Alliance could use similar reasoning for helping the Nightborne.
Now you see it. Now you don't.
But was where Dalaran?
Kinda would need all the help you can get assaulting the legion base of operations.
The difference between Nightborne and Lightforged Draenei is that Gul'dan was FINISHING his summoning of Sargeras atop the Nightspire and if we didnt act at that time, Azeroth would be doomed. We also needed a Legion-free Suramar to even think about invading the Broken Shore, since the Legion would receive reinforcements from Suramar under Ellisande's command.
Also, please tell me that killing the Fel Annihilator, providing the Army with another vessel and securing Xe'ra from the Legion is not saving their sorry ass.
I actually agree with this sentiment.
But, as a Demon Hunter (horde), I feel not inclined to even care about the petty squabbling of the horde or alliance. I see myself as more of an ambassador to the horde from my own faction, the Illidari. I see the lightforged as pathetic excuses by siding only with the alliance, when it was a clear effort from both sides to stop sargeras. And as Ambassador to the horde, i do these petty tasks and such for the horde, simply to better the relationship between the Illidari and the Horde, just like how the Demon Hunter of the Alliance is bettering the relationship between us and them. Hence why we can actually cross faction talk. (demonic).
I would still have helped the Lightforged, as they are a means to an end, regardless of affiliation.
How about Alliance helping the Nightborne? I feel much more connected to these guys. They should've really been neutral, because they have ties to the Night Elves and Blood Elves. It was even part of the story. Hell, that one dude with the Arcan'dor was even a Night Elf.
