do u think its ok to use makeup or do u prefer people to not use it? do u think those who use it are lying to people who have interest in them because they think they look good with makeup?

Honestly I prefer without but it doesn't bother me with. I think women can be beautiful without makeup, but at the same time I do like colors and black hair black lipstick and nails, or blue, or various cool colors.
But overall yeah, just no make up is fine, so long as she is basic takes care of herself, and I mean the details, because I notice details.

I think some people where too much. But its their face, their body. Somebody likes, hell maybe no one does, doesnt matter because its the wearers decision.

I like 'no makeup' makeup or very little, my SO does that. Heavy makeup usually makes me cringe (probably cause bad choices in colors or amount/layers is so common), tho some variations of what can be interpreted as 'goth' is nice I guess.
Tricky subject.
Obviously you want everyone to be happy with how they look. If makeup makes you more confident, then please go ahead. However, different people have limits with how much makeup they can handle before individuals begin looking "too fake"

Just, be kind.

Makeup is necessary. A 9 without makeup can quickly drop to like a 6 in the mornings. The same effect can happen to guys if they don't want to shave or present themselves as someone who is at least trying. If you aren't trying to make yourself look nice, many less people will want to be with you.

My wife used to wear fake eyelashes when we were dating and it was hella hot. She never wore much makeup though and I think that’s a good thing.

Makeup is not a necessity in my opinion.
Though I find makeup to have maximum effect when a woman who is skilled with makeup can actually make it seem like she's wearing very little makeup, while in fact she's got quite a bit on. I believe that's what the girls call the "natural look", even though it takes a lot of work. Either way, makeup is great at accentuating your best features.
I only personally dislike women who wear makeup in a manner that let's the makeup define her entire face, ie: too much mascara, too much very dark eyeliner, craptons of foundation. When a woman starting looking like a borderline partyclown, that's when I lose interest. Then again, they don't wear makeup to impress me, so who cares ey.
There's a good amount of makeup, and there's too much makeup. Hit the right spot and it's fine.
Just don't do this:

About the same way I feel about taking a shower, washing my clothes, putting on the clothes, having a couple cups of coffee, and putting on my attitude for the day.
Hint: without the washing part, I stink. Without the coffee, I'm tired. Without putting on my attitude, I'm useless.
Further hint: makeup can be a part of that fix.
I am attracted to pretty girls. If that comes via makeup then so be it, I don't care.
I will also not be guilt tripped though and expect people to be ready when I say we need to be ready by. If you choose to present yourself in a certain way, then present yourself that way.
So long as makeup is profitable, it will be pushed onto women as a "necessity" that they could never look pretty or feel good about themselves without it.
It's pretty foul and women look far better without it imo.
The best makeup you can't even tell if they are wearing it.

It's silly how people politicise the whole topic. If women want to wear makeup, why not. And clearly it does in general make them look better, sure not in all cases, but this idea that all women look better without makeup is just absurd. There's been a huge makeup industry for all of recorded history, it's not for no reason.
My only negative perception of makeup is that when I'm making out with a girl I wind up eating it...
It's possible I'm a bad kisser...
It's fake. I haven't yet met a woman that doesn't look better without it. And I've told all my ex's that at various points.
