Damn I wanted to cook spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino but now I might grab a kebab instead. Falafel is also pretty good.

Hu tieu bo kho. My mom made it--sooooo good. (not actual picture of what my mom made.) One of my favorite Vietnamese dishes. It's essentially beef stew with rice noodles.

After months in the hospital, this counts as partying like a wild man.
With COVID-19 making its impact on our lives, I have decided that I shall hang in there for my remaining days, skip some meals, try to get children to experiment with making henna patterns on their skin, and plant some trees. You know -- live, fast, dye young, and leave a pretty copse. I feel like I may not have that quite right.

So I usually work in Brooklyn, but on Wednesdays I have to go to my company's Manhattan office (kind of). This past Wednesday my manager had asked that I schedule eating lunch with him, because he can expense lunch on the company for 1v1s like once a month with people, and I never did it with him before.
TL;DR is that we went to this place called "Eataly" which is an Italian marketplace that sells food and stuff imported from Italy, but they also have restaurants/places that sell hot food inside, and since it was on the company I got the $15.90 Prime Rib panini (100% Black Angus Beef).
It was pretty good. Kind of expensive, though...
Oh and on Friday my company (main office) catered lunch. It was some Mediterranean thing called "Jooje" grilled chicken with pita bread.
It was fucking delicious, on Monday I have to ask someone where they ordered it from because I want to buy it myself from now on.
