I don't drink coffee but I take a caffeine pill every morning which equals about 4 cups of coffee.
Sometimes when I sleep only 2-3 hours I take another one around noon to keep me going at work.
Once I took 4 during a single day. I could still sleep because I was dead tired that day, but I felt like shit the day after.
Ive been doing 350-400mg the last few days and its giving me bad headaches. I wanna go back to 60-80 again.

I dont know how much caffeine but what i do know is that I probably takem ore than I should.

usually, 0. my galbladder went bad a couple years ago, and caffeine was apparently an irritant. never wanted to feel that pain ever again, so i stopped drinking caffeine.
now, i can't drink in large amounts anymore, because it fucks with my sleep and messes with my mental state.
i do sometimes have a cheerwine though. it's pretty yummy.

None lately. Man do I feel it when I'm waking up! I go through this groggy period, a transition between sleep and wakefulness, which I totally forgot existed. Caffeine got rid of my groggy period, when I was drinking coffee I went from asleep to wide awake.
