2. Sun/Moon Deity (An'She, Elune, etc.) - this is a theoretical category of power, created out of the Void but designed to contain it, both of these are not to my knowledge set in stone as physical or cosmic beings. Elune was said to have created the first Naaru in the beginning, which places this category above them.
3. Prime Naaru - combatants to the Void and the Void Lords, instruments behind the Army of Light, big spaceship tech, power to cleanse and control darkness, only weakness is the Void
4. Titans - Minions of the Arcane and Order. Aman'Thul is the strongest of the Titans, only until Azeroth is to come of age and develop her powers, Sargeras was only able to kill the Pantheon by a surprise betrayal, which their spirits were able to counter and contain him after the death of their physical forms.
5. Old Gods - Y'Shaarj was the strongest of the Old Gods, but he was easily plucked out of Azeroth by Aman'Thul. The Old Gods are the minions of the Void Lords, and for as high as they are on this list, it should be apparent who belongs at #1.
6. Servants of the Titans - This includes Titanic Keepers, Loken who was Prime Designate and strongest of them. Odyn is currently the leader now in his absence.
7. Elemental Lords - Ragnaros, Al'Akir, Therazane, Neptulon. Were servants of the Old Gods who fought and lost against the Titanic Keepers during the ordering of Azeroth.
8. Archimonde and Kil'Jaeden after receiving a part of Sargeras's power.
9. Harbingers of the Old Gods - This would be where G'hunn falls until further elaboration, and Mythrax and those like him.
10. Natural Spirits - The Loa, the Guardians of the Forest like Cenarius, Ursoc, etc.
Biggest problem with your list are the inclusion of mortals. There are definitely way more powerful cosmic and eternal beings in the WoW Universe that mean people like Sylvanas and even Azshara are down much farther on the list. The Dragon Aspects don't even make it into the top ten they would most likely be 11. Argus would be considered a Titan but not a particularly powerful one. Aman'Thul would easily 1v1 any Titan because he controls time which is basically cheating, but even he tells players that Azeroth will become stronger than him, and she is the last Titan.
You also undersell the Void Lords a lot - they are Blizzard's new "Big Bad" after Sargeras was pretty much taken care of. In Chronicles we learn Sargeras actually have somewhat of a motive for doing what he did to the Titans and arming the demons, and it was all to fight against the paranoid fear he had of the Void Lords getting control of everything again, and how powerless he would be if that happened. Void Lords you do not mess with. We have never encountered one in game to this point, only their minions.
