I can't get M+ groups as a DPS Warrior

Is anyone having this issue. I've tried queuing for 3+ to 7+ mythics and not a single group out of probably 50 has taken me. I'm currently Ilvl 350 with most of Heroic raid under my belt. I pulled great DPS as well but I can't seem to get a group unless I tank.

Melee in general get shafted over range unless they're particularly fotm OP

Sanguine week, what can you really offer, a stun to keep the mob inside, and a pummel.

Or they can get a DK that completely counters sanguine with grip

Or a ranged overall for easiness.

Also need to realize, its the start of the expansion, much more people playing, tryharding and making groups etc etc so its harder for DPS, no matter the fotm, or ilvl, there are hundreds if not thousands at that ilvl.

Make your own and whenever it starts, go for it

Pretty much this. Accidentally stunned a couple mobs inside sanguine and face palmed. Also Bladestorm just makes it annoying if you want to stagger anything in terms of dropping blood.

I wouldn't take me this week too lol.

We've only needed a 5th a few times, and every time we list a group it instantly, inevitably fills with 10 melee, almost all plate. You can often wait quite a while before a single ranged of any kind applies.

I run with guild groups typically, however my first time pushing keys with PUGS I didn't play Legion much. okay that makes sense I was like whats going on my friend who a lock gets groups non stop figured there had to be a reason.

The issue this week is that DPS warriors have very little to help deal with sanguine, in addition to melee in general always being 5x more numerous than ranged.

Specs that can displace mobs out of sanguine have an easy time this week. Unfortunately there isn't any affix that just screams bring DPS warrior with the exception of maybe raging.

I'm surprised you get groups as tanks, most groups at or above 7 explicitly do not want to deal with a prot warrior from my experience.

People that only care about FotM are not going to bring melee DPS besides rogue unless they're trying to stack plate drops for themselves.
There's no reason to bring a warrior except for Battle Cry. We have zero utility that other classes don't do better. We're the only class without a dedicated CC (fear doesn't even work properly or at all for most mobs and taunt is borderline useless without defensive cooldowns). Since M+ doesn't favor melee there's even less of a reason to bring a warrior just for Battle Cry.
Anyone that thinks warriors are in a good place this expansion (or since WoD) have Stockholm syndrome or gets carried by their guild.

High item level and raider.io score will get you into groups. I had no problems getting into +9 and +10.

I'm also 350 ilvl and fury at that - no problem getting groups. You're just unlucky to stumble on idiots who still believe that warriors don't do enough damage. Ultimately you should just make your own group.

Pretty much the same story for any melee. The weekly fotm seemed to be frostmage, bm hunter, outlaw rogue, DH or warlock for +8 and up.

Shitty melee affixes, and ppl being mostly undergeared for +8 and up added to the shitty situation, aswell as there being a ton of tryhards who values class over experiance and performance.

Why bring any melee over a rogue?
You don't, good thing rogue is still fotm and half the population in this game is rogue right now.

Warriors has been nerfed so much latley aswell while other classes has been slightly buffed (some more the others). Current sims we're almost last bottom 5 tier dps. Warriors have really gotten shit on alot this expansion while other classes gets away with alot just because they're slightly less popular. Warriors are worst in about everything they can do atm except pvp which they're getting nerfed so regularly that when the meta swaps from physical dps to casters warriors will not even be present in 3v3 anymore.

First of all we're not the bottom 5, check again. Second, the DPS who are higher are higher by insignificant 100-200 dps or even less. Stop being dramatic.
