Do you nap during the day if you dont have to work? On my weekends I often do to keep myself adjusted to working midnights. I sleep at night on my weekends as well. I do enjoy naps.

Not normally. Maybe once every few months I'll take an hr and a half nap right after work. On weekends i normally sleep in a little longer and wont be tired throughout the day.
Not often at all. I end up getting headaches.
I almost always take a nap when I get home from work. Usually an hour or two.

Only if for some reason I'm so tired that I really can't stay awake.
Napping during the day fucks with my sleep later in the night and also usually gives me a headache for the rest of the day.
I'd like to point out how counter intuitive this sounds. Technically if you work you need the nap, if you don't work you don't need the nap. Bu if you work you don't have time to, and if you don't work you have time to nap. It's like we're living in an unfonctional world.
Anyway to answer the question, I don't nap, I just pass out at my computer.
On workday evenings, though involuntarily. Relaxed at the sofa, watching Netflix or Youtube, I just get sleepy and doze off for 15-30 minutes.
Now you see it. Now you don't.
But was where Dalaran?
I try to avoid them. Usually they just make me feel groggy and tired. If I'm sick or generally just not feeling well, it's more likely to help.
I mean, I work for a living so no. I sleep in on the weekends and take naps on days off, though.
Maybe once every three months or so, not something I do intentionally. I used to rest/nap for an hour or so when I'd get home during my last year of college. I was extremely busy at the time, got burned out a lot.

Oh yeah. I sleep about 5 - 6 hrs at night and then take a afternoon nap of 1 - 2 hrs. Been doing that since I retired. Love it.

Not always, but I sometimes do when I get home from work. I get home, eat some supper, and crash for an hour or two (one perk of not having kids).
I usually try to avoid that because it fucks with my sleeping at night, but the feeling hits me hard sometimes once I get home, take my shoes off, and get comfortable enough. When that feeling does hit, it's a struggle to stay awake. And I get better quality sleep in that hour or two than I do in a full regular night's sleep.

Nope. But I do tend to fall asleep often whenever I try to watch something.
It honestly does nothing for me; if I do end up crashing for like half and hour or an hour every once in a blue moon, I wake up feeling out of sorts.
Ironically, I usually have lots of energy on the weekends, don't even sleep in most of the time. I like to maximize the time off that I have to myself. Getting out of bed on a work day is a whole other story
I only take naps sometimes when I have a bad head ache or I can feel a migraine starting
Sometimes, but I can sleep anywhere anytime and my wife hates that I can sleep that easily lol.
