Weird loading glitch

Recently when loading the game for the first time my game displays what kinda looks like a negative version of the image.

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I scanned my install and still got the same result. It does not do it every time.
I am running two monitors and the other screen does not change at all during the load, only world of warcraft.

I hope this isn't a sign of hardware failure :s

Looks like a ghost frame, only carrying over certain colour channels, maybe try changing your Anti-Aliasing (CMAA, MSAA etc.) setting? Update graphical drivers, usual trouble shooting. Unlikely to be a hardware failure (such things tend to be slightly more persistent).
