I could run a sub 5 minutes mile without breathing hard once. Might could have been a pro soccer player. Then psoriatic arthritis happened. Then got old.

The only sports I have a bit of knowledge is Tennis, made the high school team but I got cut from my university varsity team, I was focusing on getting better grades and finishing the course more than the sports. It was kind of a big school and you have to compete with every other university varsity team, I mean if I put more effort, dedication, with some better training. The coaches might keep me in, yeah idk......

Not really. I shot hoops in my backyard, however never played for a team outside of PE class.

I was really good at baseball about 30 years ago, I play in a softball beer league now that I do pretty well with, but that's hardly the MLB.

Any ball sport = I was good at, as well as running.

My favourites were Tennis, Badminton and Ping Pong. But now it's dog sports all the way, that's where my passion lies.

Chess..above average I think. Some other sports too but I hate sports that use "tools", like a ball or a racket or whatever and prefer simpler things like running, swimming.

I played semi-pro football (American) in my early 20s. I was terrible at baseball. In basketball, I could play good defense well but I was a terrible shot.

I was good at some and bad at others.

I think I am average at athletics, I don't know man, maybe because of my size. I felt I could never outrun or outmuscle anyone in school until I started training martial arts where people are constantly surprised how strong I am for my size. I also sucked at most team sports, I mean I had good brain for team play but I just wasn't good at handling balls or whatever.

However I was always good at combat sports, have no idea why. I started to realise it when I was beating everybody on school yard in wooden stick fencing and later when I actually fought some bullies. Then I started training in Karate and was doing really well until the doctors stopped it, I have a genetic blood disorder that prevents me from doing high contact sports. Such a shame but I started casually training Kickboxing/Muay Thai again 5 years ago anyway.

I’m a pro at eSports. Gotta’ give those fingers a good workout.

Overall not particularly, but I considered myself a particularly great defense player in the sports I played. In football, I would typically have the most interceptions. In basketball, I was good at stealing the ball. In soccer, I would block a lot of shots and passes. To the point I had a nickname in PE "One Man D"

I feel myself good in sports, but i'm working on my stamina and trying many techniques to improve it. My diet is also fully customized with respect to my lifestyle and exercises.

I used to be Athletic in my earlier years, competing in regional competitions for both track&field as well as swimming.

20 years later you'd never think I was...

i always sucked in group sports due to my rather poor coordination due to bad eyesight.

then i found my niches and sports i enjoy . so :

    working out in gym ,
    jogging
    swimming
    skiiing
riding bicycle in mountains and cycling in general (but i prefer my relatively low (1000-1500 meters above sea leavel mountains :P:P:P )
    hiking
    canoeing

i really enjoy those kind of sports just on amateur level

I would yes. Was a sailing instructor in performace dinghys for several years. Also grew up playing football, eventually at a county level, rugby and athletics at a county level in the off season.
    1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
    2) Unrack
    3) Crank out 15 reps
    4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day

As a kid, I sucked at soccer unless I was goalkeeper, sucked at baseball, and was pretty uncoordinated. I was good at some crazy BMX shit which blew out my big toe on asphalt a couple of times as a kid. In High School, I was ok at football, just playing with friends near the lake, and pretty good at volleyball in GYM unless it was a spike serve which I could never do. Became a decent swimmer. As an adult, I turned into a couch potato, kind of comes with being a writer and having a desk job, but yeah, I've never been good at sports. No one in my family has been, ever. There are no pros in any of my family tree on either side, we're all just a bunch of non-athletic bastards.

Now, during the pandemic, I started to work out at home, so I think I'm in a better state than I used to be!

If Lionel Messi/Kobe Bryant (may he RIP)/Chrstiano Ronaldo are the 10/10s, and an old man in his 80's is a 0/10...I'm a 3.

I used to be a goalkeeper in our highest handball league. Although over here in the Netherlands thats just semi-pro. Some of my teammates went to Germany and became full-pro. I didnt feel that need.
