Um, did you read the statement she put out? She did say she was interested in him, but that he didn't have feelings for her back so she didn't want to sleep with someone who didn't have feelings back. And so he raped her, twice.

Like if he was really that desperate to sleep with her, he could have just lied and said he did have feelings for her. Definitely a shitty thing to do, but certainly nowhere near as bad as fucking raping someone. He chose to rape her, twice. It was clearly not about him wanting to sleep with her, it was about control and wanting to inflict pain onto her.

Enough damage has been done to Method, the brand, whether you love or hate them... that at this point the only thing they can do is effectively dissolve/disband the org and guild completely. Then, perhaps, rebuild and restart under a new name and new mission statement.

Nobody wants to associate with the Method brand now, even if a bunch of kids here say 'but nobody cares'. The people who care, matter a lot (ie sponsors and affiliates with the $$$) - and they'll never want to again.

If method come out tonight with their next statement (as their twitch stream said they would, before it went offline) and effectively say "we didnt know" --- they're effectively hammering the final nail in their own coffin. Its the worst possible thing they can say, because nobody believes it and we all know it isnt true. And when even ex-Blizzard employees are starting to publicaly call them out on it, they'd just be digging their own grave even trying.
