i sat in org for 3 hours and just d/ced now stuck on loading screen.
Nine game launches and who knows how many huge content patches...how do they not know how to handle a huge influx of players by now?
Unfortunately portalling into Stormwind seems impossible atm.
16 years of experience from Blizz, still can't launch an expansion. Mental.
I'm curious, if I mange to log in, where should I go? As in, where does the expansion intro quest start? Icecrown?
My dad has been running an online store for 10 years, he STILL can't foresee every single thing that'll cause an issue from one time to another, there's server issues, website issues, coding issues etc etc... He once had an issue back in 2010, that then came back all of a sudden in 2019.
I can only imagine what it's like in a huge project like WoW.

Make that the 25th. BFA also was unplayable for me on release day, barely playable next day, and pretty good two days after. Same for Mists. Legion was the one launch that went completely, 100% smooth for some reason.
The bigger problem this time is funneling literally everyone in a single scenario and then a linear set of zones; no xpack has done that since TBC. There's no avoiding a lagfest in these conditions.
