I only really watched phase 1, but AFAIK:

Thanos, Loki, and Winter Soldier were the prominent villains. There are also lesser villains like Red Skull and that one mad scientist guy who downloaded his brain into a computer. All of the other villains are forgettable and are probably mafia goon fodder.

heres a couple other villains that could be Ebony Maw, Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight, Black Dwarf, and Supergiant were all part of the black order aligned with thanos in the comics

Oh yeah, expect the Guardians of the Galaxy to be town characters. So Star-Lord, Groot, Rocket, Drax, and Gamora. And maybe Yondu.

Now that I think about it, the OP doesn't say that this is based off of the MCU's Infinity War. It just says "Infinity War", so there could be a bunch of comics characters I've never heard of appearing.

Well, got my refund request for Cyberpunk 2077 fulfilled and bought some different games on sale instead to play over the colder months.
