Ofc if you haven’t tried both you are not able to judge so you just offer your subjective view that is based on feeling and not data.

Again though, why should anyone care that you had fun and most of all why would you feel the need to validate your fun by informing others?

It’s like asking for permission to have fun. Ok there you go I allow you to have fun with Torghast.
Am i though? Like am i really? I dont think i am.

    Fun is subjective

Why should anyone care about anything? Why do you gatekeep what people get to write on this forum?

I second this. And if you read the patch notes, Blizzard said "some" of the weekly limits were removed. I too ran into a case where after rescuing Jaina I was not given the quest to search for clues to Thrall's location. It seems the week waiting period between Jaina and Thrall's clues is still intact, though I did have the pleasant experience where after I got clues to Thrall's location on another toon I immediately was given the quest to rescue Thrall and then sent into TC.

TL;DR: Blizzard didn't remove every weekly limit. There appears to still be a week wait between rescuing Jaina and the Thrall clues quest.

That is where I am at with it, Since it does not Reward any player power it really does not interest me in the least since I only go to the Maw once a week for the soul rescue quest and Choregast in 1 sitting.

Not sure how people are clearing with BM Hunter. I just cleared layer 3 and the elites were oneshotting my pet. I'd rez it again and it would just get one shot again. I wish pets were a bit more tanky later on and shared/synergized anima powers better. Cool getting the immunity one but it doesn't affect the pets so the pets just die anyways. Why can't the pets have immunity too. I didn't die at all but my pets died a bunch of times and luckily I had the reduced speed tar trap so they were basically just standing in place it just got annoying having to rez my dumb pet every 2 seconds.

I mean if you get the timewarp duration to over 10 minutes, you have permanent timewarp and no deaths yea ?

One of DH's havoc legendaries (Eye beam has a 20% chance to not have a cd) doesn't seem to work. Eye beam went on cd multiple times while I had this legendary equipped and 4 times the anima power that does the same. I got killed several times by elites because the spell went on cd while I had a 100% chance to eye beam continuously. It's quite infuriating to waste a run (I was at layer 6 floor 16) because it doesn't work like it should do. Unless I missed something and legendaries don't work on Twisted Corridors.

You only can get 4 of this: so 80%, the legendary doesn't count if you get this power.

I have replied several times in this thread you can pretty much make the pet immortal.

    1. Make sure you are using the Tanky clefthoof pet
    2. stacking +health. Its pretty easy to end up with 400-500k health which in turn will buff pet health pool to same amount.
    3. Then you take the chance on attack to heal for 5% which synergises with increased health pool.
    4. Tar trap powers that reduce mob damage + Tar trap snare. Even if the off chance the pet dies you have plenty of time to pet rez when the mobs barely move.
    5. MD reduces target damage by 90%

Im sick of hearing from BM hunters complaining about there pets when there is powers in there to make them immortal.

I had a lot of fun doing Twisting Coridoors. I did it as an ilvl 189 Brewmaster, and once I figured out the best power set-up it was basically faceroll easy.

-5x Vivify powers. 250% healing as AoE damage.
    - AoE Touch of Death power with enough CD reduction powers so it has no CD.
    - Stack every health power you can get. The flat % increases, the % per Maw Rat killed, the % percent per cast of ToD
    - Stack every crit buff to boost your heals.
    - Get the power that gives you the immunity to damage after every Roll for the first 30 seconds of every floor. Then stack every power that raises the charges Roll has and lowers the CD.

I had 2 minutes of total damage immunity from Roll, so I just spammed Vivify till the boss had as much health as I had while Fortifying Brew was up (just short of 2 million), then spammed ToD till he was dead.

It was fucking great. So much fun.

It makes sense even if I would have liked a disclaimer at the start of the run (like: "this legendary is not stackable with the anima power X"). Thanks.

When you crit an arcane bolt will strike target

That combo of abilties wrecks bosses
it seems they added frost wand for BM hunters - that one is one sick power espceically when you are doing thorgast in group altohugh its only "rare" not epic its even better then 100% crit and 100 % dmg one

Mate I wouldn't make judgements about how you think expressions make other people sound. You're clearly not exactly having a normal one yourself.

I'm also having a blast in torghast
    Armory Link
    Mount Collection

Meanwhile, in group 1, WW monk just 1 shot everything.
In TC just immo build isnt enough you need to do Immo Eye beam build and try to get the vengeance fel dev the immunity while casting and as many 20% chance to not go on cd as you can. IF you can get the blind fury as well it really helps you can just spam that and not take dmg while Immo ticks for like 70k

In fact many times people try to ascertain themselves by coming to the forum saying "omg this was so easy and fun" when it was anything but, but hey who dares say Torghast was a repetitive and boring experience. You'd be torn apart by the fanbioys and who wants that.

Depending on your class and a hefty load of RnG Torghast can be simply repetitive and boring or downright nightmarish repetitive and boring. I don't mind the difficulty but the repetitive and boring cannot be ignored.

You said it all. The entire progress is judged on dice rolls. No amount of skills can save you. Complete casino experience without the money.
You can argue repetitive but you cannot argue it is boring for everyone as that is 100% subjective. You can say to me it is boring but not for others. For example I really enjoyed TC and did not find it boring at all. Maybe if I continued to do it after clearing it all but I havent done that.

No you its stupid since no reward brings power and if you cared about maw mount you already had it since week 1

He didnt say anything about how easy it was, he said he had fun. If anything we need more of that kind of attitude on this forum, and less of the pessimistic haters/radicals(on both sides)

Btw repetitive = boring for 99.99% of people disregarding all who split straws to drag an argument. This shit is your content for the next two years. Now come back and tell me it’s not boring.
No you actually cannot just argue anything when you are arguing it for others. You only get to argue it for yourself otherwise you look ignorant case in point
