Yes, we all think that these magics are evil or not.

Here's an example with a good Necromancer using Necromancy for good: using the magic to bring someone back so that a loved one can say a final goodbye, to give one or both of them closure. Hell, Necromancy could be used as a type of healing and immortality to people who actually want it without exerting dominance if they wanted to. The magic has historically been used for evil purposes, but it doesn't have to be.

Magic isn't inherently evil - it is a thing, it is a construct, it inherently isn't alive with agency or a will to be considered good or evil with. Magic can be used to create life - life can be a byproduct of magic. Life magic can cause flowers to grow. Is the magic always alive? Same story here. The light is in all living things, but is it alive? No. There can be constructs, that are alive, as a byproduct of this thing called magic. But wishing something to be alive, or pumping something full of lightning to give it the power to have processes that we consider alive, doesn't mean the magic, itself, is alive.

If magic can't be alive, then there is no will, no conscience, no mind, to be good or evil with.

Hell, even a lot of the animated magic we observe act in primal manners - they exist to survive, to consume, to do a mechanical process. They may as well not be sentient, and if they're not sentient, then they don't have capacity for reason or morality - they can't be good or evil.

How evil is Domination Magic, if you only use it to prevent someone from cutting off your head, run away, and deactivate it? Taking away someone's agency is never good -- but taking away someone's agency, temporarily, to protect all of your future agency, is the lesser evil here. These are the means by which we can evaluate the morality of this kind of magic and even the most intrusive and destructive powers that can come with a lot of the more dangerous kinds of them. They're like very dangerous weapons, ones that can destroy everyone and everything -- but they can also be used safely and for good. It depends on the wielder.
