Being "Viable"... How much DPS do you have to lose before you become not "viable"

There is such sale banner in Blizzard shop, but when you press "Buy Now" button, no discount is granted. And when manually browsing through shop - no discounts are available for any Diablo games at all. Is it false advertising?

You know what "up to" means?
Edit: For me D2R is reduced by 25%. Prime Evil Collection by 20%.

Maybe Blizzard specifically didnt want to give you any discounts. Seeing your posts on these boards I wouldn't either.

Might be targeted marketing with specific discounts aimed at different demographics, regions, etc. They hedged their bets by saying "up to", but yeah it's a bit of a scumbag move to lure people in like that. Very common, very legal, but still kind of asshole-y.

Looks like D2R is the game on sale with the discounts focused around it.
