I have seen some pictures claiming Russians hit some apartment building in Kharkiv, doesn't make sense as that is a ethnic Russian city, wouldn't be surprised if the Ukrainians hit it just for propaganda purposes... but in war nothing is 100% safe, there's no such as no civilian casualties...but you can sure that Russia wants to avoid hitting civilians especially in southern n eastern ukraine that is populated by ethnic Russians...

Russians target civilian buildings in this offensive, invasion war. Donbass and Luhansk are part of Ukraine.

1. So you believe Russian propaganda, while evidence on the ground says otherwise? Fascinating take.
2. There are shitload of Ukrainians in Donbas as well, it is far from being 100% demographically Russian, as well as shitload of Russians in Ukraine's armed forces fighting right now and living everywhere in Ukraine.
3. You are an absolute fool to believe some city won't get bombed just because it is Russian. MLRS salvos don't give two craps about your absolutely naive ideas.

Problem is they have a history of trying to make up for a lack of competence with throwing more bombs and being less discriminating down the line.
