Roleplay, straight up. I haven't really touched content much since Cataclysm, and boycotted half of BFA and all of Shadowlands. RP is the one thing that I can be assured isn't going to be a complete and total disappointment and waste of money. I'll grab transmogs from older content too sometimes. Absolutely no regrets.

Completing ZM on 4 characters takes whole 8 hours work shift. Casual game? Haven't heard about it.

M+ mount then I won't touch it untill DF S1.
Korthia stuff daily to get some more mounts.

Creating Events.
Creating Campaigns.
Running Old raids.
Running Old dungeons.
Farming Cosmetics.
Farming Grey/White quality items (far sale or use myself once they are added to transmog tab in DF).
Farming Toy collection.
Farming Mounts (for sale or use myself).
Completing Achievements (You are never done with the game until you are capped in achievements).
Running LFR.
Running Heroic Raids.
Helping in Normal Raids.
Farming Materials for future work order of old gear/plans which I have.
Farming Battle Pets (for sale or use myself).
Dipping into M+ when it is people who need help.
Running Random Battlegrounds.
Helping in Arenas when needed.
Creating Alts.
Leveling Said Alts.
Make sure that all my alts to be used in the next expansion has 500k gold each (Ancient rule since TBC of mine, though the amount of course, has been increased).

An according to some, I'm a casual, hehe.

I have 12 characters at max level right now, and my current goal right now is taking every one of them through the ZM campaign and getting them all their belts. After that, it'll probably be doing emissaries and amassing a pile of gold that I can use to also get them all their a second maxed legendary piece as well. After that, my main goal until Dragonflight drops will be to continue amassing gold through a rotation of emissaries until I can accrue enough tokens to purchase all tiers of the expansion entirely through Blizzard Balance.

It's a slow process, and I probably won't be done in time, at least not to get all tiers, but I enjoy it.

Half of my characters is running out of Anima to run mission table. When I was running missions manually, I was trying to keep it as self-sustained, as possible. But addon allows me to run much more missions and eats about 600 anima a day. I don't know, how to solve this problem. I can't do ZM on extra 8 characters.

I do everything to reduce amount of mandatory daily tasks. I had to abandon ilvl progression due to it, because I don't feel any difference between 233 and 252 ilvl. Due to scaling, I guess. But I still need to do that stupid key fragment grind, that is gated behind stupid broken RNG and killing elites. And I still need to do dailies, if they grant relics.

I do it not because I can exploit alts to do things quicker, than intended. I do it just because only parallel work allows me to get rewards at my desired pace. If Blizzard would restrict it somehow - I would abandon it instead of doing it "properly". So, it's better for them to think about making things account-wide. Anima for example.

I collect gold/ah play, achivements, mounts, LW recipes and toy items mainly. In times past I also did a lot more 5 mans, raiding etc, but haven't bothered doing such content seriously in many years. I peaked at 1k world rank on achivements some weeks ago in SL, happy with that. Dont have much else goals in WoW than just enjoying stuff when I can. Hope Blizzard will make the game good some time...

Honestly classic wow is where its at - I play opposite there than on retail.

Raid, 3hrs twice a week.
Keys with my homies, two 3hr sessions a week.
Occasional alt leveling and other "maintenance" (like crafting, collecting etc) for some stray hours..

So I guess 10-12hrs per week, mainly raiding and keys.

I'm currently doing a full completion sweep for the Venthyr on my Warrior to unlock all the plate and weapon xmogs for my DK (who is staying Necrolord). Also grinding ZM to finish up all the protoform synthesis mounts, currently at 9/12.

Since I moved to dayshift work back in January, I play WAY WAY less than I used to. At this point I run 2-3 keys with a dedicated group. Last week it got canceled and I was lucky to find a fresh CN raid and get that done, but no such luck this week.

Then you're doing it wrong.

1) doing it on 4 characters is on you. Can't blame the game for that.
2) doing 3 dailies and 3 wqs takes like 5 minutes each. Travel time included. That's 30 minutes per character. Even you have flying by now.
3) dailies are redundant after like 4 weeks when you've completely unlocked the cypher stuff. Cuts time needed down to 15 minutes per character.
4) why even bother with ZM now when heroic dungeons (yes, the ones you can queue for) give the same ilvl and lfr gives even higher than that?
5) dunno, just wanted to make 5 bullet points.

I haven't been subbed since Sanctum, but when I was still playing:

3 raid nights a week
~10 M+ dungeons a week
do whatever maintenance stuff is necessary, dailies, Torghast, etc.

Time left over was spent doing M+ on alts and/or leveling those alts.
