I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my bar now though. Was thinking of putting it below where the buffs are and moving those down a bit.

Guess I can't post images yet.
WA contains the health percentage, name, health bar, actual cast bar (which I didn't show) and reaction color. ElvUI bits are the total HP, Power, Level/Class and buffs/debuffs.

Should say, I'm not settled on the font. I used to have one I used for names and things but I just haven't brought it over yet. This was just the closes to what I want.

Decided I'm going to try change it. Needs to be thicker but this is a 256 image resized to 128 in WA.
Working to refine my UI for Shadowlands. Heavily inspired by Altz UI, but remade and refined over the years using primarily ElvUI and Plater. Probably not everyone's cup of tea, but I can't stand gigantic nameplates, bars, etc. so I opt for a primarily text-heavy approach. Target has brackets around their name and different opacity.

So much better than Altz UI this is, keep it up!
I suggest to disable elvui's "Totem bar" ( bottom left corner just above your chat panel ) because it also shows how long there's left before consecration expires.
I would personally move buffs to topleft corner and the quest panel to current buff position, makes it look a little cleaner.
does those nameplate change in text colour when their health is changing? or is it default on green?
*edit*
nameplates are a bit cluttered with all the text above it, might cause visual errors in high level content ( not sure what your game is ) or in M+ even reducing stuff seen on the floor in darker areas

Thanks for the suggestions!
Moved the buffs and quest tracker, as well as disabled the Class Totems. Looks cleaner already.
Mob names change color. For mobs out of combat, they're the normal aggro colors (Hostile/Neutral/Friendly), but for mobs in combat they change color based on threat (Green if I'm tanking, Bright Red if I'm not, Purple if other tank has aggro). And vice versa if I'm in a DPS spec (Bright Red when I have aggro, Green when I don't).
I prefer the nameplate health percent text to just remain white at all times for clarity.
The scrolling combat text? The text is pretty small and it scrolls by fast. I haven't found it very distracting, but I'm open to suggestions.
I think the only way to make it less cluttered than what it is would be to consolidate all the enemy SCT into one area off on the side, or just not having SCT altogether.

i like teekeys ui. looks very clean
ElvUI: https://wago.io/eiQdIQnp8
Plater: https://wago.io/XIIq-96-P
I have quite a bit of addons, but the main ones that you can see are: WeakAuras, XIV_Databar, Kaliel's Tracker, Masque (HeyBarbaruiva), Details!, NameplateSCT.
Font I use is from AltzUI (literally called 'font'), but after a little research I believe it's this: https://fontsgeek.com/fonts/ITC-Avan...-Gothic-Medium
Lastly I use the Cold icon pack made by Simpy: https://git.tukui.org/Simpy/Interface
Worth noting I'm not a coder, so my Plater mods are a little ramshackled together, but they work (for me atleast). ElvUI can ALMOST do exactly what I have Plater doing, but I've been having issues with their Threat Colors working correctly on Unit Names. Need to mess with it some more, because I would love to reduce the amount of addon dependencies as much as possible.
I made a few more tweaks, implemented some of @Boiled-Lobster's suggestions. Also I swapped out Vuhdo and am using just ElvUI group/raid frames with Clique. However, I did find a WeakAura that allows me to put a border around the party frame that has specific buffs. Pretty useful for Paladins since we have so many buffs to toss on group members (and also while healing with Glimmer of Light). Still a lot of little tweaks to make, but happy with it overall. Here's what it looks like right now:
Let me know if there is anything else needed. More than happy to help.
