When did you guys start roleplaying? Where and what where you roleplaying in?

I started roleplaying when I was 11,it was harry potter,I can not remember which website it was but I did it for just about a yearthen I quite because the site went down, now I have just started rping again,I am trying to get back to my roots but tis a bit hard.

I actually only began to RP properly a few days ago, I've always been interested in it though and had been meaning to try it out. With my wow subscription up it seemed a perfect time to start. =D

same, though I've been without my wow subscription for a few weeks now, and I just hung around MMO-Champion in case I wanted to come back. I got interested once I began reading through one of the RPs here.

The squirrel broke up with me and the relationship ended in a murder-suicide.

I've done it off and on for about 9 or 10 years.
I started whenever TES: Morrowind came out. I got that game and when I sat down to play, I didn't intend to RP but that's what happened. I found myself thinking, what would my character do?

Since then, a little bit in WoW. I have been in a couple RP guilds but I'm currently guild-less unfortunately.

I was 16, and there was a thing called Dungeons and Dragons (Don't know if you kids have heard of it), and we used to RP in that a lot.


Then I moved towards more of a comedy RP stand point, and I look silly in SRP

All I've heard of Dungeons and Dragons is that it's a "pen and paper" RPG and apparently you have to "ROLL A 20 SIDED DICE!", other than that I don't know how it works.

I never roleplayed in my life, though I am trying to convince some older friends to play either AD&D or Call of Chtulu.

As for D&D is the grandfather of most RPG's a good picture:
