Actually, it says not to wear clothing woven from a mixture of wool & linen. Some translations just take Leviticus 19:19 and translate it as mixing different cloths, while others say wool & linen. However, considering the word used in the original text was "Shatnez" which doesn't have a word in English, the latter translation is most likely the correct one, since "Shatnez" by definition refers to clothing of wool & linen. And that in itself only refers to clothing where they're interwoven together (you can still wear a linen belt and wool shirt).

As for the reason for it, who knows? Maybe it was considered something superstitious/good-lucky-ish that they wanted to take down the idea of. A quick google says that old pagan priests used to wear robes of mixed wool & linen, so maybe it was for that reason? Who knows.

But anyhow, now that my historical accuracy rant is over, that was FAR more serious than this thread should ever have to bear in. Let the funny pictures continue.

cant really say *bad sniper* when i said why the photo was taken.. walking to the car, get camera out take a pic. have some fun. laugh, walk the rest to the car.. you cant go off on a rant at someone who is not sniping or in battle, therefor your assessment is wrong in this situation, yes your points are valid, if it was real... but check facts before you start ranting :P saves allot of hassle in the end
